Bentham Solutions Limited - Keith Bentham

A Senior Programme and Project Manager with over twenty nine years' experience of working for and with the NHS. His Health career began as an Information Systems Manager at a hospital in Manchester, and has since progressed through various pre-sales, project and programme management roles.

In December 2008, he was a medallist at the prestigious British Computer Society Project Manager of the Year Awards for his work in the Lorenzo Release 1 Project. In November 2016, the Virtual Outpatient Appointments Project that Keith managed was awarded the 5127 Award at the O2 in London by the NHS Academy of Fabulous Stuff that recognises best practice and digital innovation happening across the NHS and Social Care. 

Within the last five years has worked in a very senior capacity within the Health Informatics team in University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. He made a significant contribution across a complex array of business as usual functions within the Trust.

During this time, has demonstrated an ability to manage multiple initiatives within the Programme and bring them all to a successful conclusion on time with complimentary benefits giving the Trust much more than the sum of the constituent project parts.

An excellent team leader and at the same time team player demonstrating exceptional levels of people skills and commitment, that can make the difference between success and failure.

Adept at rising to the challenge of new and exciting projects as well as the thorny difficult ones, his written and verbal presentation skills are second to none. He can be relied upon to do whatever is required to get the job done from representing the project overseas at short notice to working 24hrs to ensure a specific deliverable is a success, allowing the project to progress, a dedicated professional.
